Vic City Apparel – Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Vic City Apparel gear as much as we love making it. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Returns

• You can return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in their original condition (tags on, no stains, no wear + tear).

• To start a return, just reach out to us at viccityapparel13@gmail.com.

Exchanges

• Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange it within 14 days.

• Exchanges depend on stock availability — if we don’t have your size, we’ll work with you on another option or a refund.

What Can’t Be Returned

• Sale items are final sale.

• For hygiene reasons, hats, beanies, and socks can’t be returned or exchanged.

• Customized or special edition products are also non-returnable.

How It Works

• For local orders, you can drop off returns/exchanges in Victoria or we’ll arrange a pickup if possible.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve inspected the item(s).

• Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to appear.

Disclaimer & Liability

• Vic City Apparel reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges if items don’t meet the above conditions.

• We are not responsible for items damaged after delivery (e.g., normal wear, accidents, or washing issues).

• By purchasing from us, you agree to our returns and exchanges terms.
